    What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Good class, I dictated many words related to thanksgiving and learners had questions about the words like, Mayflower, Gravy, stuffing… I showed them pictures of those words and they could relate to the words right away in theor languages.

That is why we had low attendance because on this veterans day everyone thought that the libraries would be closed too!

    What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): This was one of the best classes I have seen in a while. MC brought many relevant real world materials, such as a flashlight, first aid kit, whistle and many more. Learners had a lot of fun practicing the language using the real world items. The MC was very prepared and brought amazing energy to the room.

They were sitting together to help each other. There was a lot of laughter because of the TH sounds, specifically how we need to put our tongue in between teeth in order to produce sounds.

Good thing I anticipated some of their questions and was prepared to answer them. One learner was grateful that they are learning things that are relevant to their experiences.     What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): It was a great class. The MC brought some visually interesting materials. For example, a chart of different fruits that grow in different months. There was a lot of choral response with sentences which learners appreciated because it was challenging for them to repeat them out loud. I substituted Laura because she was feeling well.
