The learners enjoyed their first experience learning English and working together.

We got through the sentences, but I felt that it disengaged the learners. I wasn’t happy with my performance with this one. On the bright side I had 9 learners, one of which was a Spanish speaker the rest all Russian speakers.

Good thing I anticipated some of their questions and was prepared to answer them. One learner was grateful that they are learning things that are relevant to their experiences.
