    What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Melissa created a welcoming atmosphere and had a positive attitude for the duration of the lesson. She was consistent, confident, and poised. We looked at a document that was about Oregon Pharmacists and it was clear, contained large print so it was easy to read, and the learners were engaged.

    What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Amanda designed a fun and interactive lesson. She brought in medications that groups studied. They worked together to answer questions about the medications, wrote it down, and practiced producing the information verbally. There was never a dull moment in this class and everyone was engaged.

    What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Laura covered a lot of helpful concepts. She used realia which really set her class apart from others I have witnessed. We practiced listening to voicemails and leaving voicemails which is something I wouldn’t have thought was so important, but it totally is! Laura did a great job delivering the information in an effective, concise, and applicable way.
