She was consistent, confident, and poised. We looked at a document that was about Oregon Pharmacists and it was clear, contained large print so it was easy to read, and the learners were engaged.

She brought in medications that groups studied. They worked together to answer questions about the medications, wrote it down, and practiced producing the information verbally. There was never a dull moment in this class and everyone was engaged.

She used realia which really set her class apart from others I have witnessed. We practiced listening to voicemails and leaving voicemails which is something I wouldn’t have thought was so important, but it totally is! Laura did a great job delivering the information in an effective, concise, and applicable way.
