What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): We went over parts of a flower with a visual (which was very helpful!) and dictated some sentences about pollinators and flowers. What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Dennis from the OFB game with lots of materials from the farm to table program. We used a brochure for word searching and a table of when and how to plant various crops for dictations and round robin. We had two new students join us, which initially took some slowing down to make sure they understand what was going on, but they caught on, encouraged each other, and engaged with the material and the others in class.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): We focused on insect pollinators. We went through some different kinds of pollinators, had a dictation about them, did a word search with related words, and a few round robins. Students seemed interested and engaged with the material and each other. The Spanish speakers and the Russian speakers exchanged translations for the pollinators, which was fun for them and cool to see that connection! Ramin was organized and poised and very helpful with the students.
