What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Todays class was about Portland’s farmers market. we watched a video of PSU farmers market and also learned some facts about the Portland farmers market in general. We then practiced speaking with “real world materials” such as eggplant, corn, Brussel sprouts and many more. I specially liked the infographic chart on Portland’s farmers market. I feel like it helped the students understand the subject better and it had great deal of information! We also had two assistants Keli and Terri, they helped a lot.

Total Score: 39What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Today we talked about how to grow a garden from kitchen scraps, it was such a creative topic and our two students learned a lot vocabularies. I was specially impressed by how Kelly matched the video and the things she wrote on the paper, that helped the students understand the subject better. Good job Kelly!
