We moved a table to work closer as a group. There were initially 3 learners and 4 facilitators so Zadok paired off each learner. We did the alphabet. We dictated the title of the lesson. We did listen & point with a page printed out from Oregon’s food handlers card handbook. We did listen and do with the different phrases we searched for. We dictated the actions/phrases we did. We did red robin with “What is something you put on today?” We dictated different articles of clothing.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): small group, but good old friends. I really noticed the improvement in pronuncation with Mai, and Getulia, too, to a degree. I’m so happy they’re coming there, we can build a class around them. Did some coaching with Julie around the feedback model. took several days to do the report.

    – The biggest park is forest park, located at 1940 NW Cornell Rd.
We did listen & point with a map of Portland from 11th ave to 78th ave, hawthorne blvd to ne brazee
We searched for parks, stores, and street names
We did round robin with two questions
    – Do you visit parks with your friends or family? Yes I do/No I don’t
    – Where is Normandale Park? It’s where NE Halsey and NE 54th meet
