What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Our regular students brought friends and a student from Village Baptist ESOL visited as well. After the initial standard beginning, we worked to identify various medical words with their pictures, which was found to be inadequate. Finished with a dialogue we wrote down and practiced about experiences around accessing healthcare.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): We started with the typical alphabet sheet warm up. Then we looked a picture that Zadok had printed off and pointed out some vocabulary words. Then we did a Q and A dialogue/dictation that built on the vocabulary we had learned. Then we tried to do the Q and A as fast as possible. We then moved into a video, where students attempted to write down words they could here as the video played. We watched the video a couple of times while students tried to do this. Finally, we watched the video again while students organize sentence strips that Zadok had prepared (they were a transcript from the video).
