What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Class started on time, learners who active in helping each other with spelling, etc. MC kept a good pace and broke up the typical class with listen and do. Lots of “game like” play to challenge learners. Discussion at end of what to do about side conversations, DJ suggested saying Ready several times rather than 1-2.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): MC was about 5 min late due to a flat tire, so DJ started the class. Transitions between activities went smoothly. Very relevant lesson because clients did not know Powell Butte was so close and you can take the bus to it easily. MC/DJ/clients enjoyed conversing about which buses we take, what trails/parks we have been to, and what we had seen. MC gave print out from Portland Parks that gave trail details and bus lines, many clients appreciated it.
