What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): We looked at an infographic of what presents Americans are likely to buy for presents (electronics, cosmetics, clothes, toys, games, etc) and then asked each other “What is the best gift you ever got?” “I got a surprise visit from my grandma.” Since it was the last class, we also ate some delicious food, drank hot drinks and sang a couple of Christmas songs. A really nice way to end the year – and the learners all wanted to take pictures all together, which is a good sign they feel connected to the class!
