What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Class started a little late while we waited for more learners to show up. It was a very engaging class. Along with the alphabet sheet and the title of today’s lesson, we practiced dialogs on meeting new people, and the sort of small talk interactions you would have with strangers on the bus, or cashiers.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): There was only one learner but she worked hard. She arrived 20 minutes late too. I focused on simple small talk dialogues and we worked in being very comfortable using them. She seemed to really enjoy the class and she said that its the first time she hadn’t felt ashamed to speak English.
