• Shadow 4 classes
• Play through Stage 0 of the Role Learning Game (RLG): Start Now!
• Complete a Technical Rehearsal
• Complete a Dress Rehearsal
• Make Payment Arrangements
• Enroll in the EFTC Apprenticeship

Stage 1: Instructor/Tutor

• Choose your Quest and enroll in the Classroom Confidence Practicum (CCP) or the Proficiency Navigator Practicum (PNP)

• Initiate 11 week online course (EFTW only)
• Complete 6 Challenges
• Have 2 Coached Experiences
• Play through Stage1 of the Role Learning Game (RLG)
• Fulfill Payment Arrangements
• Receive Practicum Certificate (photo)
• Sign off any Practicum hours for outside program
• Meet with a Coach to Level-Up to Stage2, Switch Quests, Complete EFTW, or Exit

Stage 2: Practitioner/Guide

• Complete 10 Challenges
• Have 2 Coached Experiences
• Play through Stage2 of the Role Learning Game (RLG)
• Fulfill Payment Arrangements
• Meet with a Coach to Level-Up to Stage3, or Switch Quests

Stage 3: Facilitator/Coach

• Provide “WING” Support to Other Apprentices
• Complete 8 Challenges
• Have 1 Coached Experience
• Play through Stage3 of the Role Learning Game (RLG)
• Culminating Practice Experience
• Fulfill Payment Obligations

Meet with a Coach to complete your Apprenticeship. You are now potentially eligible for paid contracts and further progress in the Interculturalist Guild.
