What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): I tried something different here. We had an English speaking worker in the room, and I could see some interest in the Spanish language book A for Activista. They were already practicing together, so I decided to make that the lesson. I carried it in, until another learner came, and we extended it for 30 min into the Spanish class, then ended kind of early, but a good workout for all. They all got a bit tired, probably a bit too much, with more than 2 hours.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): was surprised at who came.. one of our long timers who hasn’t been in a while came and was really enjoying it. another leader who comes often still refuses to write, even though it’s exactly what he needs the most. Another long timer came back. Lots of writing, but pretty interesting. one learner left early, another left for the bathroom.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): We started the class with one learner who was excited to discuss and answer questions about the business he wanted to start, so we discussed until another learner came in, at which point we transitioned into the lesson I had planned. We started with the title of today’s lesson followed by dictation with several words that would come up later in the lesson related to measurements. Then we worked with rulers and finding different measurements. We followed that up with a game of “this is a” and some more dictation.
