What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): First class restarting at this site. Brian, the manager, was pretty impressed with the techniques and felt like he got some ideas to engage with some of the workers that are a little lower level and stationed a little further from him. Took a quick survey on where folks are feeling they are having issues.

What happened (as short or as long as you like, but be specific): Spent today reviewing model numbers. Ended the classtime with a game, which actually went over well. Decided to use the QA board to base the next class on model numbers and knowing what’s next. Walked around and gave 3 students sentences describing the actions they are doing, helped another student with her sentence order, and the other three with some basic chit-chat with feedback.
